Ring 2

Marie, Jill, and I went to see "The Ring 2." It was an okay movie. The first Ring was definitly scarrier. In the Ring 2, our freakish little dead girl (Samara) is back with a vengance, tormenting Rachel's son Aidan. The story takes you back once again to Samara's haunted past, this time getting more into her mother and what her deal was. Kinda cool. The rest of the movie is how Rachel figures out how to "save" her son. The oddest part of the movie that was not fully explained was when the deer start to freak out on Aidan and Rachel, and ram into their car. The movie doesn't fully make the connection, but there must be one, because when Rachel goes back to where Samara was brought up, Rachel finds all these deer antlers in the basement. Freakiest part of the movie (hope I am not spoiling anything by telling you this) was when Rachel was climbing out of the well, and freaky-dead-Samara is chasing her. But you know how Samara moves all twitchy and weird, it made memebers of the audience shriek. Speaking of, my final note on his film, there was a fricken 2 year old in the theater!! What is wrong with parents?! If you can't find a babysitter then don't opt to take your very under-aged child to see an R rated film (I'm pretty sure it is R rated). Geez....stupid parents.
